Class Description
Effective leaders coach and build positive classroom environments. They understand that classroom management is not simply the absence of discipline problems, but an intentional set of practices and procedures that promote positive relationships and an engaging environment for all students. This course is designed to help leaders use the Coaching Cycle and feedback strategies to support and build positive behavior management expectations with staff.
