Minimum Qualifications:


-3 years as an Assistant Principal


-Minimum of 3 years teaching experience 


-Master’s Degree and L-5 Certificate


-Knowledge and successful leadership experience with implementing and monitoring Professional Learning Communities

  • Supporting and developing staff through coaching, professional learning, and performance evaluation.

  • Fostering a positive school climate that supports student well-being, engagement, and equity.

  • Building strong relationships with families and community partners to support student success.

  • Demonstrating ethical leadership and professionalism in all decisions and interactions.
