Class Description
A professional learning course designed to equip instructional coaches with the tools and strategies necessary to foster student ownership of learning. By shifting the focus from teacher-centered practices to student-centered outcomes, this course emphasizes the importance of collaborative partnerships between coaches and teachers. Participants will engage in cycles of co-planning, co-teaching, and reflective practice, all grounded in authentic student evidence. Through this approach, coaches will learn to facilitate environments where students are active participants in their learning journey, leading to enhanced engagement and achievement. This course is grounded in high-impact instructional design principles, ensuring that coaching practices are both effective and sustainable.
