Griffin-Spalding County Schools is seeking dynamic and dedicated Instructional Coaches to join our elementary school team. These positions play a vital role in supporting teachers, enhancing instructional practices, and improving student achievement.

Position Highlights:

  • Contract: 200-day contract
  • Role: Provide instructional support to teachers, model effective strategies, analyze student data, and collaborate with school leaders to strengthen teaching and learning.
  • Focus: Build teacher capacity in curriculum, instruction, and assessment to ensure all students reach their highest potential.

Ideal Candidates Will:

  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of effective teaching practices
  • Have experience in elementary instruction
  • Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Be passionate about supporting teachers and advancing student success.
