Participants will engage in practical, performance-based tasks and explore the nuances of crafting impactful resumes, sharpening interview skills, and tailoring communication to different audiences. Emphasis will be placed on aligning personal leadership narratives with school and district priorities, understanding panel dynamics, and articulating a clear vision for instructional leadership.
