Class Description
This engaging and interactive professional learning session is designed specifically for K-2 educators! Together, we’ll dive into the Research & Analysis Big Idea within the Texts Domain of the new Georgia Standards and explore how young learners can actively use, discuss, analyze, and curate grade-level texts across content areas. Through hands-on activities, rich discussions, and practical classroom applications, participants will discover how to spark curiosity, foster critical thinking, and build foundational research skills in even the youngest students. Participants will leave with fresh ideas, classroom-ready materials, and the confidence to help your students think critically, ask questions, and engage with texts in meaningful ways.
