Class Description
In this asynchronous course, educators will delve into understanding and supporting dyslexic learners. Participants will explore the characteristics of dyslexia, processes for identification, effective instructional strategies, and additional support to create an inclusive learning environment. Through self-paced modules, educators will gain insights into dyslexia’s impact on reading and writing skills, as well as practical approaches to support dyslexic students in their academic journey. By the end of the course, educators will be equipped with the knowledge and tools to empower dyslexic learners to thrive in the classroom.
